Charity Beneficiaries

We support our charities rain or shine.

Proceeds from the Hell of Hunterdon support the following organizations

D&R Greenway Land Trust is a central New Jersey non-profit land preservation organization.  They permanently preserve watershed lands and large-scale landscapes, thereby preventing the loss of open space to development. Their operating region consists of over 1,500 square miles, encompassing portions of the Delaware, Raritan and Millstone River watersheds and the Delaware & Raritan Canal.  They have allow the Hell of Hunterdon to use their preserves during the event.

Founded in 2009, the National Interscholastic Cycling Association develops interscholastic cycling programs for student-athletes across the United States. Contributions from the Hell of Hunterdon will be directed to the newly developed leagues in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Second Life Bikes is a biking community center in Asbury Park, NJ where people connect to each other, build skills, join group bike rides, learn bike safety, and create bike art and custom designs that can support new social enterprises. Their mission is to get more people (especially youth) on bikes, more often, while encouraging people to repurpose old bikes and bike parts, rather than discard them.

We are conducting a bikes/parts/accessory drive for Second Life Bikes.  Please bring your no longer needed/wanted bicycling items that are collecting dust to the Hell of Hunterdon for them to repurpose. They gladly accept items of all types.

You can drop off your items at a tent they will set up at the Montgomery High School Parking Lot.
