Hell of Hunterdon Courses: We are Offering 3 Options!
Participants will be given access to Official Cue Sheets and GPS Data and other information a few days before the event. Please note that the courses are subject to change at anytime, without notice. The courses still have modifications due to 2 bridges damaged during Hurricane Ida in 2021, that are still closed.
- The Long Course is 81 miles long with 13 dirt, gravel, and hardscrabble sectors, (16% of the course). This Course has 2 Aid Stations.
- The Medium Course is 55 Miles long with 8 unpaved sectors (13% of the course). This course has 1 Aid Station
- The Short Course is 31 miles long with 4 unpaved sectors (10% of the course). The course does not have any aid stations.
- All Courses can be shortened by 5 miles, which also removes ca 500′ of elevation gain, by taking the posted short cut.

Cut Off Times
In order to ensure safety and support the following cut-off times have been established:
- 10:45AM All Riders intending to ride the Long Course must be past the Long Course/Medium Course Split, otherwise they are required to take the Medium Course.
- 2:45PM All Riders who have not crossed RT-518 following Aunt Molly Rd. will be required to take the Official Short Cut
Course Marking
Due to staff & volunteer challenges, we are not marking the course, but you will have access to GPS Files, Free use of the Ride With GPS App, and Cue Sheets
