We are pleased to announce that Brian’s seemingly endless supply of margarita flavored Clif Shot Bloks is almost exhausted (he has finally tapped into his last case).  Since these things are almost 2 years past their best by date, this is good news for all, except perhaps for your dentist. 

We are pursuing a particular sponsor for energy products, and hope to announce the participation of a new company with a very unique product.  However, should this fall through, we have a solid back-up plan, as Brian secured a significant quantity of leftover products from other recent events.  So fear not, the feed zone, goody bags, and raffle will feature gels, and the feed zone will be well stocked with gels and drink mix, all within their best-by dates!   And your pockets won’t have to be as stuffed with supplies for the whole event.  In fact you might be able to finish with more gels than you started with..

But if sponsorship does fall through, count on at least 1 package of Margarita blocks making an appearance somewhere; some traditions just won’t die, no matter how hard you pray…
